You were right about the stupidity of the person who thought buying auto insurance is the same as forcing health care, but I’m afraid you were only partially right about why. Car insurance is forced by the STATES – states are allowed to require you to do any number of things, the FEDERAL government is not allowed to force you to buy things. Our government has been set up with specific limits on state and federal rights and there are differences between them – continue your rant but please, too – continue to read.
