Melissa Taylor Clement, chair of the Protect Our Girls Initiative, joined me to discuss two parents’ rights ballot initiatives that are designed to protect a parent’s right to know what’s happening to their child medically; for example, if their daughter is seeking an abortion, which she can currently do without parents knowing. Or if kids are getting body altering hormones without discussing it with parents. It should be a no-brainer, regardless of what you think about abortion, but Planned Parenthood is suing them, of course.
