Todd Herman. If you’re a talk radio fan you may know him for Seattle or Salk Lake City radio, or as a fill-in host for Rush Limbaugh for 8 years. But what you may not know is that he’s a tremendous Believer in Christ who walked away from traditional conservative radio for many reasons which he shared with me. We had a great conversation about the struggles Believers face, and keeping perspective in a world that wants to trust in politicians for the answers to our problems.

Todd Herman is a disciple of Jesus. For eight years, he was a market-dominant talk radio host in Seattle. During six years of that time, he was a regular fill-in for Rush Limbaugh, God rest him. Prior to that, he was a start-up CEO and Founder and Microsoft Exec.

Long before it was covered in conservative media, God revealed to Todd the incredible harm the sexual left and big pharma were doing to kids with gender ideology. He has stood against that in schools, in debates, on air and in legislation.
Todd Herman is not a Republican. He is a Christian conservative who, through his time in D.C., knows the people he calls “professional Republicans.” They all too often make themselves god-men. They get no passes.

In another example of Nevada Governor Sisolak’s complete lack of ability to lead in a crisis, or any other time, we find that a company Nevada had contracted with provided inaccurate results 96% of the time, telling who knows how many people with Covid that they were FINE. Even after the problems were discovered, nothing was done. No one was notified. Who knows if someone infected a vulnerable family member unknowingly when their results were inaccurate? When even liberal news outlets are looking into this, you know you have a problem. Las Vegas Review Journal columnist Victor Joecks joined me to discuss the details.
According to ProPublica: “As evidence mounted that Northshore was telling infected people that they had tested negative for the virus, government managers in Nevada ignored their own scientists’ warnings and expanded the lab’s testing beyond schools to the general public. Ultimately, state public health officials found that Northshore’s PCR tests missed 96% of the positive cases from the university campus — errors that sent people infected with COVID-19 back into the community. But to date, neither state nor county health officials have alerted the public to the inaccurate tests.” Great job, Steve! Four more years!

In a recent column I read from Sports Illustrated about Coach Kennedy, whose case is being heard in the Supreme Court, I noticed something funny. He was the Washington State football coach fired for praying on the field. The column was pretty snarky, and clearly written by a man with no regard for God, but I had to laugh when he referred to “impressionable teenagers” as those exposed to the coach’s praying.
The hypocrisy is astounding. You’re only considered “impressionable” by the left if you might hear about God. Not if you’re told to go down the hall and get puberty blockers without parental consent. Then you’re considered a fully functioning adult, capable of making your own life- altering decisions. As long as it fits the left’s agenda……

The Nevada primary election was interesting. Attorney Joey Gilbert, who was running for Governor, is complaining that he got screwed in the primary election, so here we go. He was NEVER leading in the polls. His whining and threatening lawsuits will only serve as a distraction and hurt Joe Lombardo’s general election race, which ultimately hurts NEVADA. Governor Sisolak has $6 million ready to go for ads. This will be interesting. I’m glad God is still in charge, or I’d lose my mind with some of these clowns.

Now that Lake Mead has receded to frightening low levels, some of her “secrets” are being revealed. A man’s body, in a barrel, has shown up on what’s now the shoreline of Lake Mead. He had been murdered in the late 70’s to early 80’s, and everyone’s wondering who it could be. Only in Vegas, baby!

Congressman Cresent Hardy is running again for Congress, this time for the 1st Congressional District in Nevada. He had been our Congressman from 2015-2017 in the 4th District, then lost and went about his business (as our Founders envisioned). He’s a businessman, 5th generation Nevadan, and a good guy. He’s running again, because he feels he has some unfinished business in Congress.
